We visit every clinic in person. Our team inspects sterilisation equipment, instrument handling, operatory setup, and infection control protocols to the standard our clinicians were trained to in the UK.

We review the credentials and training of every dentist who will treat our patients — including their specific experience with implants, cosmetic cases, and the treatments our patients need.

What if something goes wrong after I return home?
Every partner clinic provides a guarantee on their work and has a documented complications protocol that we verify contractually. If something is not right after you return, we remain your point of contact and advocate directly with the clinic on your behalf, alongside aftercare advice for managing the situation. You are not left to navigate this alone. For the Platinum package, a three-month monitoring period is included as standard.
Am I a suitable candidate for treatment abroad?
Not everyone is, and we will tell you honestly if we believe treatment abroad is not right for your situation. During the clinical assessment we review your dental history, X-rays, and any underlying conditions. If gum disease, bone loss, or other issues need addressing first, we will tell you — and explain what needs to happen before cosmetic or restorative work can safely begin. Your safety comes before any booking.
How long do I need to be in Vietnam?
It depends entirely on your treatment. A veneer case or straightforward implant might require seven to ten days. A full arch restoration or complex multi-stage treatment may require two trips — an initial consultation and preparation visit, then a return trip for final placement. We will advise on the realistic timeline for your specific case during your consultation, so you can plan properly.
What does Mondial Dental actually do to support you?
We act as your clinical advocate and translator throughout treatment. We review your treatment plan with the dentist, liaise on your behalf if anything needs clarifying, explain what is happening at each stage in plain English, and make sure you are comfortable and informed throughout. You never sit in a foreign dental chair not knowing what is about to happen to you.
Do I pay the dental clinic directly?
Yes. Dental treatment costs are paid directly to the clinic. Mondial Dental charges a separate coordination fee for our concierge service, which is outlined clearly in your package. You will receive a full cost breakdown — coordination fee plus treatment estimate — before you commit to anything. There are no hidden fees and no surprises.
